The present essay analyzes the censures raised by the Constitutional Court against the provisions introduced by the Decree No. 226 of October 16, 2024, regarding chauffeur-driven car rentals. Specifically, it examines the imposition of a minimum time interval between trips, the prohibition of long-term contracts with hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators, and the exclusive use of the application established by the Minister of infrastructure and transport.
