This article is about my experience in supervision groups as facilitator or simply as member. I focus on the discussions surrounding the initial development of dynamics in these training groups - considering the perspectives that my different roles have given me - and on the understanding of the cases that we discussed, between teaching/learning and dialogue reciprocity.
