The aim of this paper is to discuss some of the concepts that Franco Fasolo was most fond of: the dimension of the transpersonal in group analysis (especially on an institutional and transgenerational level) and the theme of "secrecy" in groups and institutions. These concepts, which were specifically used by Fasolo in the context of Mental Health Departments, which he mostly dealt with, have been "exported" here into different institutional contexts (Anti-Violence against Women Association and Family Counseling Center).
