“A permanent training laboratory for teachers on robotics and didactic methodologies for inclusion” aims to present the actions undertaken by the University of Genoa (Department of Education) with the objective of creating a permanent training laboratory aimed at teachers of all levels, where they can acquire the ability to design inclusive learning paths through the application of robotic tools and active teaching methodologies. The creation of the laboratory is part of the project “Designing and applying active teaching methodologies to social robotics and 3D virtual worlds to promote school inclusion of students with autism spectrum disorder. The establishment of a Permanent Training Laboratory for teachers from kindergarten to upper secondary school”, funded by the Italian Autism Foundation (FIA) in 2023 and currently ongoing.
