This paper intends to put forward a hypothesis of a strategic process for sustainable development, after having photographed the current Italian context in the light of the changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, with particular reference to the impact this has produced on the 17 Goals that make up the 2030 Agenda promoted by the UN in 2015, to arrive at a hypothesis of a methodological evaluation map.
